At my school we are ready, willing and eager to celebrate just about anything. Here you see a kindergarten class celebrating the 50th day of school by dressing like characters from the 1950's. Poodle skirts, slicked back hair , jeans and tee shirts-- they all got into it big time.
The kindergarten classes at the school where I work also celebrated the 50th day of school with a 50s theme. The teachers wore poodle skirts and they did 50s themed activities. Our 50th day also fell on the same day as our Halloween celebration so that worked well. Cute photo!
I used to have a poodle t-shirt or sweater & somehow the poodle was in the "wrong" place....used to get teased about that from the boys. This sure brought back memories! Great fun for the kids to go back in time and love the photo.
