This beautiful book arrived yesterday, an unexpected gift from a distant friend. What could be more timely to share with all my 365 friends, whether you celebrate the American holiday of Thanksgiving or not. I offer you one of a multitude of heartfelt poems and prayers, this one by e.e. cummings:
