I promised to share the first day of our new dining hall in operation, and what a day it was. Both students and teachers loved the new space, the soft music, the restaurant atmosphere and the good food. I especially appreciated the chef's ability to roast vegetables in his new expanded kitchen. Notice another enhancement, the space age finger scanner. The formal opening will be next week with a ribbon cutting and a reception. We are really spoiled!
