With all the chaos of the last few weeks , the one positive is the great support shown to John and me by friends and family. Today when I returned home there was a cheery package on the doorstep packed with 2 generous containers of homemade chicken soup and a ladle, tasty rolls, chocolate chip cookies and a fragrant candle. It was a thoughtful gift from Max’s in-laws in Florida. I put one of the soup containers in the freezer to save for when John returns home. He will love it too!
