Gardenia

I still remember the distinctive fragrance of the gardenia wrist corsage I wore at my first important dance. I was amazed to see this growing in a Richmond garden. It still smells as wonderful as I remember it.

Gardenias are my favourite flowers and actually the only scent I wear (Chanel have a lovely gardenia parfum). I can smell the flowers now but as they are not flowering in Australia at the moment so thank you for the sweet memories.

I love the smell of Gardenia. I have three planted in my front yard, but oh the summer sun knocks them around abit.
