The Next Generation

The sumer programs at my school began this week. This is the digital photography group. Each participant brought his or her own camera and Mr. H will cover the basics along with storytelling and composition. They came through the library on their way to the garden, and I had to ask them to pose for me. They in turn aimed their cameras at me and clicked away. I felt like a celebrity surrounded by paparazzi! Maybe one day some of them will join 365. Please add a word of encouragement for these aspiring photographers.

As I know we've had photographers here as young as 4 (or is it younger, Little Miss A?) and many new photographers just a bit older that you here in this photo (Hi guys!), there's no time like the present to join and and show us what you're capable of! If you do it as a summer project, you may be hooked by the time school begins and you'll keep at it. Let me know if you join up, as I'd love to see your work and leave you an encouraging comment!
