Rosemary Clooney by allie912

Rosemary Clooney

This beautiful orchid is named after songtress of the '40s and '50s (and aunt of George) Rosemary Clooney. This plant was on display at the orchid show at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden in Richmond, VA. I love the rich shade of deep yellow. If only it could sing "Come on a My House, My House a Come On" See for yourself:

Don't laugh, I am a fan of Rosemary Clooney too. My fave is C'mon a My House. Is she really related to George Clooney? I never new that.
