That's the title of the Reading Camp held at my school in the summer, and it also describes how the kids in the program feel about reading. This is a group of rising First Graders with the stories they have just checked out. They come to the library tthree times a week for stories and book check out. The older kids come every day for research, book discussions, stories and check out. You might think they would resist work during vacation, but they all seem to thrive on this daily dose of books, books, books.
@sarasdadandmom That is actually part of the library. The ramp is ADA required and we use it as a waiting area for the kids til their teacher picks them up.
