Trapped in the Past

On the dashboard of this VW van you can see a little skeleton. I don't know if it is there in honor of Halloween, or if it is the permanent mascot of this battered old bus.

I actually had a skeleton I used to have hanging on my mirror when I was much younger. At one point I even had a shrunken skull with hair. That was cool.

Great idea to put it in black and white- I like the trees in the neighborhood spilling over into the reflection on the windsheild.

This is a brilliant piece of work Allison. It is such a simple composition, but the contrasty B/W , selective colouring , POV and above all the reflections in the windscreen make it a superb artistic shot
