Generally "for sale" signs are installed by the real estate agent with the name of the realty company in big letters. This is the first time I have seen a website created specifically to promote the sale of an individual house. Check it out. In my opinion the asking price is much too high for this neighborhood, especially with no realtor's commission included.
I took a peek...you might think that was No. New Jersey for that price! But it does have a basement, which we found so rare in Richmond. Very nice picture!
The real estate market is such a mess. The house next door to us (good for me) sold for a good bit in two weeks. My son, across town, has sat for almost 2 years now on the market. This is what he should try next. His main problem now is the folks next door just up and left. Nobody wants a house, even a gorgeous, big Tudor with a vacant house next door.
