I witnessed a scene similar to this one time years ago, but it ended badly as the whole group of balloons floated out of the vehicle and up in the air as the lady turned her back. Sad, but yet a little comical as I watched her jumping frantically to try and catch them. It ended well as I saw her buy another bunch
