The entire month of October in an elementary school is just a run-up to the very last day. The kids are all Halloween crazy! This display is on the reception desk in the hall out side the library. You will notice that this carved pumpkin is not your typical jack-o-lantern. It is a cougar paw, since our school mascot is the cougar. It seems to be holding up better than a pumpkin that is hollowed out. I think it will make it to the end of the month.
