A Riddle

Here are 2 pictures of Sarah, the one on the left taken in March, the right hand one, last week. Aside from both being photographs of Sarah, what other similarity do they share? Careful; the answer is tricky.
Since no one has gotten it yet, I will post the answer below. Several answers get A for creativity!
