This doll cradle was fashioned years ago by my friend Ellen's father for her daughters. Ellen has spruced it up to give to her new granddaughter. She thought at first of using decals for decoration, but they seem to be impossible to find. How lucky to work at a school where teachers share their talents unselfishly. Art teacher Dana created these sweet bunnies to enliven the doll cradle. I predict it will be enjoyed for many years to come.
**Absolutely Fabulous**!! 100% better than decals! Just last night Ken found some old photos I'd scanned of my first Christmas, and there's the hand-painted rocking horse my aunt made for me. I still have it and the grands have used it, so there's the future for this beautiful piece!
