Sheet Pan Chicken

What a perfect dinner for both taste and convenience. I tweaked the recipe, as we all do, by adding quartered redskin potatoes instead of ciabatta to the roasting mixture and using boneless skinless chicken breasts instead of bone-in thighs. Be warned, the time recommended was perfect for the boneless chicken. I’m thinking you’ll need more time for bone-in chicken.
