The Virginia Museum of History and Culture took advantage of the shutdown due to the pandemic to launch a major construction project. They will be reopening in April with the project only partially completed but enough done so we can enjoy some great enhancements.
One of the few institutions I've read about that took advantage of the shutdown to make improvements. Hope I get to visit Richmond again and see this museum.
