@sophiaz oh haha - I am the shooter in the netball team and am quite tall - the girls I play with prefer me to stand still an hold strong near the post and they will get the ball to me - when I move it makes it harder hahaha
Ah...Jim has one and so does Junko @jyokota . I love it because when Junko and I travel, I can feel great about all the walking I'm doing. BUt if I'm a slug, no one (even me) has evidence!
It was rather shocking when first realizing that on sluggy days, when I don't leave the house at all, I barely get 3,000 steps. I'd quickly go for a fast walk around a neighborhood park, and get it up high enough to get over 10,000 in less than an hour. What a sobering realization. I was telling @Taffy earlier that my highest weeks in the entire year have almost all been when I was with her -- and especially with @vankrey. Hooray for 25,000 step days! :) Doesn't happen often enough.
@jyokota haha I am going to be interested to see - have only had it on a couple of days - wish I had worn it in Melbourne I would have been 25000 easy - but the rain is pouring down so no brisk walks at the moment
