Quercus macrocarpa

So May is going to be about Adelaide in my People and Places album - yes- I am behind - ha ha - what's new?
This week I will be posting photos from the Botanic Gardens.

This is a Burr Oak - its canopy was amazing, it spread for metres and the light through the leaves was beautiful.

Quercus macrocarpa sounds like some sort of ailment. You can probably get ointment for that now though, ha ha.
