balancing act

for the technique challenge - give it a go - it finishes today/tomorrow - timezone thing ha!
I didn't change any other settings except the white balance.
White balance settings-
auto
cloudy
incandescent

auto is most accurate even though it was a cloudy grey day

Thanks for the collage - great examples! I've just been reading up on wb and to try changing it for general shots to get different tones and am going to give it a whirl!

I always shoot in auto white balance, unless I'm shooting studio shots and then I switch to flash, and then fix the balance in lightroom. It's just one less thing to worry about, but now I've seen this collage I think I'll have a go shooting the same scene using a different white balance for each shot. May add well see what happens. Any way, beautiful looking flower, nicely captured. Think I prefer the top one, hope that's ok 😊😊
