My daughter in law made me a choritzo stew for diñner this evening,so I made this pudding for afters.Although I say it myself,it was so easy to do,and very tasty, Since my wife died,I find cooking a great therapy,and enjoy it.
Thamks for your comment on my cooking.I find it quite therapeutic.I should have done more of it when Ethel was alive.I have now started to go sequence dancing again, the da.ncing and meeting friends has been a great boon to me, although the empty chair is still there, I don't feel too lonely.Thank you once again.
