As you can see from what I have written on the paper, today was a first attempt at learning to paint people and the Cézanne way was very helpful. Posting this to show it is all a learning process and discovering simple ways of doing complex things is all a part of the process.
@casablanca - excellent!! this exercise is really honing your skills and bringing your natural talent to the fore. we all should take a leaf from you - your industry alone is inspiring enough. keep going, kiddo. aces!
@casablanca Oh, this is so clever! And looks like fun.
I have seen the concept before: using letters and numbers to create texture and shape. I really like this way of simplifying things, making them understandable at such a basic level.
I have issues with a course I'm taking where I need to do some textures on some shapes. And my problem is that I can't associate the texture with something useful. Or label it. And I literally have no idea how to draw the lines.
Very well done here, Casablanca! Keep it up!
@casablanca What an incredible idea. This is very inspiring actually. You are doing a magnificent job with your challenge and it’s so wonderful that you share it with us.
@casablanca oh this is so good. What a simple explanation and it works perfectly. You seem to be really enjoying this challenge and taking it the extra step.
