Am I the last to know? I'm not exactly up on all the trends, but I do remember this well from the 70s. Had a fringed purse and a fringed vest and as a young teen, I felt pretty darn cool. 😎
They made an appearance in the late 90's as I recall. I still have a fringed jacket from then. And a handbag. These are interesting fringes. Lots going on there.
