Since we were in Lancaster for the day, we met up with Kim and Tuan, Christina’s parents, for lunch. They wanted us to try their new favorite restaurant. When we got there I had to chuckle to myself. This used to be all-night diner. As a college student many years ago, my roommates and I would often end up here for a late night or early morning breakfast.
