Last year I had very few flowers on my lacecap hydrangea ( perhaps due to my pruning at the wrong time ) but this year it looks as if it is going to bloom very well !
I have been for the first of my physio treatments -- aargh !!! - I am sure it will become easier with time !!!
I feel your pain Beryl! The doctor told Harry after he had his knee replacement two years ago that he had to out his foot on a chair & I had to press down on his knee to stretch it, I can hear his groans now! This is such a beautiful flower, I really like this plant.
Stick with the physio and do everything they tell you, it will be worth it :)
