Salad and a home made quiche . I can not abide the shop bought quiches they are so slimy in texture !! My home made quiches can vary in fillings , but this one had onions , mushrooms , bacon with the milk , eggs and cheese and a garnish of sliced tomatoes !! It went down a treat with our Salad at tea-time ! ( also apple pie in the shot !)
Feeling rather under the weather - with aches and pains , sore throat and head cold .. Just what I did not want ! Gary also down with the same symptoms . Just hope it will pass quickly for both of us !

The proportions are so vital in quiches - too much of one will make them not set or be slimy! Yours is beautifully done and I love the eggs on the plate too! Take some pills and go to bed now.......!
Same here, Mark made a lovely homemade soup, which made us feel a little better. Lovely Beryl that you make everything your self. Do I see a grape in the salad? That apple pie also looks yummy :-)
