Day 316 - As we bought a new car last week my husband decided we couldn’t go to Egypt for a week so we compromised and are having a few days in a log cabin in Sherwood Forest - we’ve already been in the hot tub, it was magical as the sky is clear and all the stars are bright, luckily it wasn’t as cold getting out as I thought it would be!
What a wonderful getaway. Looks so relaxing and lovely. We have friends that are from Egypt and are their visiting family and we be back home in Canada in a week.
Did you take bows and arrows with you in case you came across Robin Hood? Nice way to spend some time in a peaceful atmosphere, though I'm not sure I could isolate myself for more than a few minutes.
