All went well the the healthy eating last week. Basically I'm using the The Hairy Dieters Books I have all three. The meals are so tasty you would not realise that they are so low calorie.

In the morning I have porridge or poached egg on a muffin. Lunchtime; homemade soups. And dinners have included Baked fish with chorizo crust, steak and chips, sausages with onion gravy all so yummy, Becka choose the meals for next week if only she was doing the cooking as well.....
