I'm happy with that. What a lovely surprise that was as I didn't think I would lose this week with all the measl out. My clothes are certainly fitting better in fact a little big now so it looks like in a few weeks time I'll be shopping. I'm hoping to lose a least another 8lbs. BUT I would ideally like to be 8st 6lbs
