Always lovely going out for a walk with Millie. We walked back home via the park and although out for over an hour the app on my watch has only recorded 16 minutes exercise!!
@maggiemae I think so, as Millie and I was 'strolling' not a quick paced walk! But hubby and I went to Bluewater and I completed my 30 minutes there well actually 49 minutes as hoping that I will reach my goal (8st:6lbs) within the next few weeks but I am certainly feeling better for all the healthy eating and exercise :-)
