Just love cooking meals from this book. I also have their other two books too and have to say they are nearly always a winner... So tasty yet lie in calories. My weight is going well but still hoping to lose another 8lbs it's getting quite addictive seeing the weight go lower
I know these guys of course but never read any of their cookery books. I would imagine they are proper meals for hungry people! Not much salad in there!
