Hopefully it tastes as good as it looks. It's the first time I have made jam. Basically we have a plum tree inner garden and we are overloaded with plums. I gave mum and dad a load the other day. We enjoyed

Looks nice. today I made dried apricot jam, with grated ginger & lemon juice. So delicious
