My second baking for the day, as Becka was hoping for cakes when I said I was baking. Again not as good as I wanted presentation wise but my they taste so good.
I had Toffee Apple Cake in England a number of years ago...and have never seen it since on this side of the pond! It was amazing, so you've got my mouth watering at the memory of it!
