Ice Sculpture Canary Wharf

Had a fabulous day at Canary Wharf with hubby. It was lovely to start with blue skies sun shining but then it got quite cold with dull grey skies :(
We enjoyed watching all the sculptures taking shape really quite amazing. We then went had coffe and snack in Starbucks before coming home. Todays planned dinner- Crispy chicken breasts topped with taleggio and serrano ham, from Gino D'Acampo- Fantastico! Modern Italian food book - everyone enjoyed :-)

Thing good things today
