Hubby went to the office in Watford today and even though he lost a shoe he came back with roses for me. Apparently someone trod on the back of his shoe and it fell down onto the tracks. He didn't bother getting off the train just carried on his journey... I'm just glad it wasn't his new shoes... He did say he saw Fat Face and thought about going in there and buying a new pair of shoes as he knew we were all in fits of laughter....but he didn't.
Three good things today:
1. Had a nice long walk, and posted the ebay parcels.
2. Alterations work went very well
3. Beautiful roses from hubby.
@cally He was on his way home,so hop along ...... he walked from Euston to St Pancreas, went and bought flowers then onto the high speed train to Ebbsfleet, where I picked him up :-)
Lovely pic and your story made e chuckle - I often see the odd shoe in random places and wonder how does someone leaves shoe behind ? Well now I know ha ha
