Still sorting out and trying to get some organisation in my sewing room. This is just some of what I'm chucking out.
Yesterday I didn't walk my laps of Bluewater as my leg hurt Millie said sounded like shin splints so rested and today only did a few laps but just strolling and stopped after 3 laps.
