A fairly relaxing day - Was going out for a walk with Millie but she said with my knee best take a rest day, it was a lovely day. She was still buzzing from the two shifts she has been on with her mentor. Got to hear all about it. She loves it her dream comes true. While Millie was watching Gossip girls I went and baked these won't last long!

2. Baking and even made my own custard using egg yokes sugar milk cream and cornflour - was delicious two.. this was then mixed with butter for the topping on the cake.
3. While hubby was working I was looking at what festivals were round the UK and ended up booking a night for the folk festival in Liverpool - good excuse its our anniversary month.
