2. Popped into M&S and purchased ricotta and spinach pasta + tomato & mascarpone sauce plus garlic and parsley ciabatta
3. Wonderful afternoon catching up on my 2023 book - nearly up to date now - a chapter in my life I’d rather forget - a fractured wrist but it’s part and parcel of my life now - as dad put it 😊
