Still a bit hampered by the knee injury from March 1st. Sadly, it went out again slightly on Sunday morning. :-( So, until I get more mobile, I am pulling photos from earlier this month that I hadn't posted.
This hydrangea and the other flower are in a nicely landscaped area in front of the hospital where I visited a pain clinic last Friday.
Many thanks for your visits, comments, and favs. All are very much appreciated!
A beautiful colour combo! I'm impressed with landscapers (and regular gardeners) who know what would look nice together! Fav (I just read your comment to Susan, Barb. I hope everything works out for you tomorrow, and your pain goes away!!!)
@onewing I haven't been successful two other times I have tried with a hydrangea, either, Babs; but this one seems it will survive and thrive! We'll see how it does next year following our winter... Of course, when I say this one, I don't mean the one in this photo, but the one here at home that I had posted a photo of awhile back. 😁
@dkellogg Thanks for your kind words and well wishes! We live about an hour north of Missoula in the tiny community of Dixon. Love Montana! First came here from my husband's home state of PA in 1977. Settled in Lincoln. Spent ten years there, then to Alaska in 1987 to serve in a Christian mission. Returned to Montana in 2014 to be near our son and his growing family. Where are you these days? (No problem if you prefer to keep that private!) Thanks for the "follow"!
@bjywamer I left Montana and lived in Denver for about 10 years and I now live in San Antonio, TX. Once you get used to the hot weather its a nice place to live.
@dkellogg My sis and her husband always talked about retiring to San Antonio (from OK) but, sadly, she passed back in 2008 at only 56 years of age. Probably because of that I have always been curious about Sam Antonio and the Riverwalk there. 😊 I was born in Sterling, Colorado but grew up in KY, my dad's home state. Love Colorado!
Feel better soon.
