Rocky Mountain High

continuing with my heritage challenge, one of the the things that Canada is most famous for are the Canadian Rocky Mountains. This picture was taken in Banff National Park the mountains are just a most amazing place to visit

@bkbinthecity My brother lives in Snowmass, CO and my son and daughter-in-law lived in Denver for 5 years. I love the mountains--but I live in Louisiana where it's flat!

Beautiful! I love hiking the Rockies in Colorado (used to live in Colorado Springs) and I am a huge fan of national parks. I would LOVE to visit Banff.

@margmoss well if you ever get the chance you would not be disappointed. I had the chance to visit Colorado Springs and certainly enjoyed myself there. I only had the chance to see the Garden of the Gods. I would love to go back and see so much more
