Almost Empty

Yesterday when we were downtown l took this picture of Churchill Square. What is normally a very busy place you can see what it is like these days. The building in the middle is our new library. It was supposed to open this Spring. We will have to simply now wait for the grand opening

That looks like a wonderful library ! The libraries in the Netherlands are open as of today, with social distancing and maximum of visitors, of course ; another small and careful step in downsizing the lockdown

The one thing I am enjoying during this pandemic is the opportunity to view so many beautiful places and buildings (even just form photographs) around the world with out distractions. But I do hope people are able to enjoy these spaces again soon.

Sorry bkb but I detest this new architecture they use today anywhere in the world as they are cold grey lifeless looking building, they have no character, or a warm welcoming feeling to them. as they say each to his own.
