Ed tied some balloons to the top of our gate for my b'day. Nice and cheerful but when one popped, Lucy legged it out the garden. Oops.
Sadly this is our view from our garden, pretty grim. The side of the Newfoundland university building which, many years ago was a malt house. Luckily just the other side of this is the gorgeous churchyard where we go every day with Luce.
