This Mr man. I think it's Mr Tickle,as been hanging outside here for years,since one of the children put him there. Sometimes the wind blows him about .but still he keeps hanging around

I love it! We have a magnetic little cartoon skateboarder from the show Rocket Power that was stuck on a ceiling light in our old house for years...it moved with us and is stuck in the laundry room again!
