Oh, how true -- poison ivy should be Maryland's state plant. It flourishes here and I have to work hard to avoid it. It ruined many a childhood summer. Swimming pools don't allow you in if you have it.

@catwoman2 I remember tons of it when I lived in Richmond Va. Guess its everywhere. Even saw some on a beach in Maine! Nasty stuff!
