50 F. that`s a begin of summer We did have to day 72 F . and sunny. Fist summer day of this year and I`ve enjoy it. Nice to see the BBQ smoking.

It is a smoker the lump charcol goes in the small side box, and 8hrs later pulled pork!! @ninaganci The meat goes in the large part! I like to keep the temp about 200deg f and use apple smoking wood chips!! and my special southern dry rub!
