Fruit!!

I never eat enough fruit so a new goal is to juice 1 meal a day, Breakfast or Lunch!!
I eat a smoothie every day or two. I used to have about 15 ingredients but have pretty much cut it in half. I do add protein powder so I don't get hungry too soon. Keep it up!

I always wondered if I'd have to give up my morning coffee to do a smoothie. Looks antioxidant packed.
