@omzwervingen I got it from the internet :- 4 lbs apricots, 4 lbs sugar, 1/4 pint water. Cook stoned and quartered apricots gently in the water until soft. Add warmed sugar and heat gently until sugar is completely dissolved. Then boil rapidly until setting point is reached. (I test using a cold saucer in the freezer) Stir in a small knob of butter to disperse any scum. Pour into sterilised jars and top with a wax disc. Enjoy!
