Ripening blueberries

Well done Andy - what a fantastic win today!
It's been a battle with the birds as to who gets to the ripe berries first. We have so much netting that's it's hard for me to get in to pick them! We used to live in Newfoundland where the blueberries grew wild and were so plentiful it didn't matter if the birds got a few.

They look very pretty at this stage. I tried to grow them once without success but despite giving them ericaceous compost I lost them.
