Corridor with a view

The next objective was to try spot metering. This means taking a focus reading on the brightest part of the picture so that the rest of the picture does not become under exposed. At least I think that's what it means! Someone may like to put me right. This is the view at the end of one of the corridors.
such a beautiful photo Judith lovely Decor and furniture FAV.

A beautiful image of days gone by . Love the interior & the way one is enticed to glimpse through the window to see the view --but the palm plant tends to obstruct the view & I think that adds to the intrigue and the completeness of the shot -- fav

Well you've kept all the detail in the room so you've obviously got the exposure right!

A beautiful room Judith...sounds like a rather intensive course. This looks a very well exposed photo!

What a lovely photo of a perfect view. And I adore spinning wheels... they're just so wonderfully old-fashioned and come in all styles, all kinds of wood and sizes as well. Just perfect for anyone who wishes to make their own yarn from lamb's wool. :D
