Left overs by busylady

Left overs

Smoked salmon and dill tart, red cabbage coleslaw and some old new potatoes. It all looks a bit meagre doesn't it, but there was plenty more.
The fridge was full of left over this and that so I set to and made a quiche with the left over smoked salmon and dill from Christmas Day. Also made an apple and cranberry pie with the remainder of the cranberry sauce.
Nicely arranged photo

I have to be creative with leftovers if I expect my husband to eat any. His family owned an operated a restaurant so he was never accustomed to eating leftovers. Quiche is a good way to make use of leftovers!

Excellent using up of leftovers, I approve! And recipe for the apple and cranberry pie please - is that literally just like an apple pie but with added cranberries?
