Someone came for breakfast, but was unsuccessful. Hide in the grass/weeds, perched in the oak tree (no leaves so out in the open) then rested on a fence post until it decided that the smaller birds knew he/she was there. Then moved on.
a) Don't change ISO for less grain unless you up the shutter speed.
b) Find a firm place to rest you lens when taking pictures before your morning coffee kicks in.
